In 2014, owner Ollie adopted a custom-built Locomotive-style trailer that features a wood-fired oven in place of the firebox. This marked the beginning of a floury path of discovery as a self-taught pizza chef learning on the go doing street food and events catering. We are a fully licensed wood-fired pizzeria in the bustling neighbourhood of Oakwood, specialising in Neapolitan-style pizza & wood-fired sandwiches called panuozzi. We also do outdoor catering with our iconic Pizza Locomotive, which boasts a wood-fired oven in place of its firebox!

Definitely up there for the best pizza in Leeds! The panuzzos are also absolutely UNREAL too. Wish we lived closer as it’s that good. Perfect pizza base, level of toppings and the crust is always on point!

Got two pizzas, both delicious, cooked to perfection in the wood fired oven with puffed up crust and charred spots, which you can only get in a real pizza oven. The consistency of the dough was spot on.
