Caroline is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council, and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. She gained a Masters of Osteopathy from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2013. Alongside osteopathy, Caroline is also a fully qualified rehabilitation Pilates instructor, and qualified through APPI in 2017. I was drawn to Osteopathy from an early age due to members of my family going for treatment and having such a great outcome. I was therefore able to appreciate the importance of specific treatment plans for each individual patient, which I continue to emphasise in my own practice today.

Nicola has been in private practice since graduating from the European School of Osteopathy in 1991. She then spent the first year of her practice in Bedfordshire before moving up to Leeds to work at Leeds Complementary Therapy Centre. Nicola took over managing the Leeds Complementary Therapy centre in 1997 and it continues to grow and prosper. As someone with hypermobility who has managed to injure herself regularly I have been visiting physiotherapists and osteopaths on and of for most of my adult life with mixed results. And then I discovered Nicola!

Lifesavers. I hurt my lower back putting bicycles on a bike rack. I got an appointment quickly and had a significant improvement almost immediately. After just a few treatments I was pain free. I now have exercises to follow to help stop it recurring. Very friendly. I would strongly recommend them!

It was easy to find and I was greeted by friendly staff then the treatment room was relaxing and Nicola worked wonders on my back and knees

However, my pain was greatly relieved after one session here, and I feel no pain and tension now after the second one, even if I spent so long today working on my PC. I was told I only need one more session to recover. This is really impressive and I would like to highly recommend this clinic.
First time visiting an Osteopath and I will now go once a year – even if you don’t know you need it I’d recommend it as I feel so much more mobile particularly around my neck. All after one visit and a few cracks of the spine!
